March 2006 – €10 million investment program for The Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links
Hotel Partners is pleased to announce a €10 million investment programme for the hotel. The investment by Capel Developments, the hotel owners, includes: the addition of 39 extra suites and bedrooms; the development of a new Spa facility; the upgrading of all existing bedrooms and banqueting facilities; and a number of enhancements to the golf course.
February 2006 – Hotel Partners to manage Trim Castle Hotel
In a new deal Hotel Partners will manage the new Trim Castle Hotel on behalf of David O’Brien Developments. The 68 bedroom hotel has function capacity for over 350 and will open its doors in August 2006.
